Holiday Food and Wine Pairing Course with Sommelier Craig Suveg

We're excited to announce that we will be hosting a Holiday Food and Wine Pairing Class with Sommelier and Winemaker Craig Suveg on Monday, November 20th. 

This food and wine pairing course will include bites of ham, turkey, prime rib, and a surprise dessert! Wine pairings will also be included in this course.

In this class you will:

  • Learn about how food and wine pair together, and how the elements of fat, acidity, tannin, and flavor combine to create complementary pairings of food and wine. 

  • Learn about all the classic food and wine pairings that have withstood the test of time, and why these pairings work so well.

  • Learn about the best ways to pair wine with classic holiday foods, including ham, turkey, prime rib, and dessert. We'll be eating all of these items while pairing wines in real-time, so come hungry!

This class will be held in the Suveg Cellars Barrel Room on Monday, November 20th from 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm.
